I think its being about a month since i registered my site with google web masters and it says it still isnt indexed in google

It only takes a couple of weeks to get indexed. Getting RANKED well is the challenge. That's when you have to read up on SEO and learn how to improve your rank.

don't ever base your website on a topic u r interested in. that's a big no-no. find popular yet not too crowded niche.
