I saw Kip open for Dokken about 4 years ago. He did a solo acoustic set of all his songs. It was a a great set, but by the end of it, I was ready for some shredding.
One of the great song writers from the 80s. He penned many of the songs of your favorite bands back then.... way too many to list.

Same here. I'm twenty, and just about all I listen to is "old". I'm not into much of the "new" stuff. I'm content with the stuff I grew up with.

God bless you Kip. Beautiful song - reminds me of the good times, long ago.

I have a suspicion its D, as in standard E tuning down 1 tone, as this is 1 tone lower than the original full on version.

Thanks to both of you, BlissfulWishes and Supermonkey22, for your knowing words. The fact that you've highlighted Kip losing his wife in such horrible circumstances, and his strong mateship with Reb Beach, speaks well of your characters.
Thank you.
