well, my last OS wasn't very good either, it crashed all the time, it needed an antivirus like alcohol or pot, but the new one i installed, called Love, is always new and is spam free, virus free, and has the latest patches "listentoyourspirit", "gooutandcontemplate" and "stopyourfear-anger-paranoia". you should try it!
