its possible they teach a little bit of it in ronin athletics in nyc because that school is based on straight blast gym aliveness concept.

i actually train in CM boxing, its great. If you find a place that teaches CM then you better train there!

Its not necessarily arm strength. Trying pulling him into the clinch after a few hits that got you into close range. Then with both hands pull him into your center. Use your hips to pull your weight back (kinda the same way the sprawl works) to control him further. Then apply shown technique when he goes for the takedown :-)

thats why you would practice it, it really does work if your in a position to clinch up with the guy when your in a bad position
