The name of the hill is Magnetic Hill. Its near Moncton Canada. The water in the ditches also looks like it goes uphill. Its an illusion and there are other cool tourist items in the area.

Oh my gosh! That is so cool to see! I'd love to go up a magnetic hill, oh so want to now! There is one in Oregon, my state, but alas, hundreds of miles away from where I am. But man that's cool.

ive been there its so much fun i went there for 3 weeks to visit my grandparents it looks like ur going uphill but ur actully going down its sorta fun sorta dissapointing
