its from a movie "johnny got his gun" where a guy gets hit by an artillery shell and blows all his limbs off, and now he has no limbs, face or anyway of communicating to the outside world, but he remebered moris code and is signaling to the others to kill him through tapping his head against the head board. cool stuff!
