Cop pwned them both. Muscles probably got off with nothing cause the other guy was drunk and he was just defending himself. Other guy is lucky, Muscles would have wtfpwned the shit out of him if the cop didn't show up.
Cameraguy did a good job of keeping his cool and just filming. If you know the cops are coming, that's way smarter than getting out and helping with the beatdown.
