I like how when Jill was complaining about what it took to get this mess resolved. She called Apple. I've had to use Apple support a couple of times myself in the past few years, I won't deal with any middlemen like Micro Center. My ibook repair... mailed out, repaired, returned... 6 days. Call Apple first next time.

actually i fix my computer personally.
a mac is easily fixable... even if i avoid the warranty... i'm good enough to fix for myself. and the only time i let apple to fix it, after 2 days it was ready. |
