I still find the walking "END?" ending terrible because you do through 5 minutes of stange dialouge. I wish they would continue with story maybe a mother 3 side-story game.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this video actually doesn't show the complete ending.
After "END?" appears on the screen, you can actually move the word "END?" around on the screen. If you move it around enough you start bumping into people in the dark, who tell you that everyone is alive and the world has been recreated.
It's a happy ending, but a lot of people don't realize you can move the "END?" around and shut the game off thinking it ends with everyone dying.
