I wasn't referring to STD//STI's I'm concerned w/ the girl getting an infection of some sorts from the bacteria in my saliva noting that I don't have an STD or STI. Maybe I mis interpreted your saliva comment ...

brushing a persons teeth and rinsing with mouth wash do not clear up STD/STI's...your best bet is to make sure that you are clean of any before engaging in any sexual behaviour. And use protection.

Ok so I've never used a Dental Dam before ... Maybe I'll try it out one day but here's a Q. What can a guy do for a girl in order to try and prevent infections from occurring if some of his saliva is transmitted thru oral sex. Obv brush and floss teeth and use mouth wash and rince w/ water but that's all I can really think of :S How risky is it for a woman to get an infection of a guy adequately cleans his mouth before giving oral??
