If you're smart about it, it's pretty safe and I must agree it's mighty tasty! Southern food is indeed delicious, my favorite is Chicken Fried Steak.

This is why Southerners make fun of "Yankees". It takes 2 Fully clothed firemen with helmets to cook a deep fried turkey? I've seen it done by a 12 year old kid with one arm wearing shorts, a tank top, and flip flops do the same thing...and it was damn tasty if I might add.
