if Vader was to do it, he would probably be traveling with a group of storm troopers and maybe more and everyone new who he was, after all he was the second most power person in the galaxy at the time. to send an unknown apprentice to do it meant he could go and no one would bother him

I just don't get why they could not just have Darth Vader hunt down all the Jedi himself. That would have made more sense to the story. Yet he gets an apprentice to do it. Darth Vader is weak. I mean really the bad ass of the galaxy? Count how many fights he has lost(that includes him as Ani) compare to winning.
