With the way the game is today, it will never happen, what other centerfielder do you know that can make the catches he has made, the countless number of robing people homeruns, hiting 611 career homeruns! How can you say he sucks? Not to mention the 10 Golden Glove Awards he got with the Mariners right, but he sucks. lol You have no idea, some topics you just don't discuss if you know nothing about it, leave it alone, he is and will always be one of the greatest outfielders in the game.

Dude, you have no clue as to what you are talking about. He killed it on Mariners, killed it on the Reds, and helped out a lot on the White Sox. You have no idea how great of a player he is. Bonds and McGuire and Sosa and the rest are a bunch of streoid users. Griffey Jr. is a solid baseball player, never needed to fact it. Made history. Something nobody can take from him for example, first ever Father, Son back to back homeruns. Nobody will be able to do that again.

I lived in Seattle for 4 years while he was playing and wouldn't stand him. He had the mentality of a child and zero leadership qualtites. He'd get hot and hit HRs in bunches but his other hits were a lot of bloops and dinks when he wasn't striking out. Totally over-hyped ballplayer due to Seattle needed a media star to help carry that franchise. ZERO world series appearances for Ken Griffey despite being on talent-laden teams shows he was over-hyped.
