I can't explain why exactly, but I prefer the white model too...maybe because it makes it even more different from traditional laptops, which tend not to be white.
(jeez, I'm sounding kinda racist, ain't I? lol)

White electronic devices are hardcore IMO. White DS, white Eee PC... I'm going to get myself a white one when I'm buying it. The black versions aren't too shabby either, but I fancy those white devices better.
