it would take 12,913,983 Deep Field images to cover the entire sphere of the sky! Lets assume there is 10000 galaxies in each picture,which means the number of galaxies in the visible universe is around 130 billion.(130,000.000.000) And each galaxy(typical) can range from about Millions(1,000.000)-up to trillions(1.000.000.000.000) stars!! Then there is the galaxies even hubble cant see, beyond the ultra deep field. Are we alone? with so huge numbers involving, i strongly doubt it.

The only thing that I don't understand about this though is at 2:14 he says the universe is 78 billion light years across... What goes past this though? Just blank empty space? Or is this how big we think it is?
