Eh, not really. This game is more free roam based and from what I've seen, more replay value so that claim is not exactly bright imo

no your better off buying resistence 2 because fallout is more about conserving your ammo and playing smart its definatly not a classic fps man.

No need to cry about it, idiot. Did you watch the video? You can shoot with or without VATS. You don't have to use it.
There is a downside to using VATS. Your weapon's condition degrades faster each time you use VATS than when you aim normally.
