hmm... interesting.... tho space faring species would most likely not use radio as it is not is not a viable way to communicate over such vast distances! it may be our own radio signals caught in the rings or dense atmosphere of saturn

Please add to the description these are presumably "northern lights" radio-emissions, just like we have those on earth. Sorry to pop ur bubbles, i also wish it was alien language, but it appears to be magnetic disturbances.
