I don't know why everybody is dogging the 08 WRX so much. I love the "sleeper" aspect of this car. I drive one and I got it because of the enginering and the engine not the body. If you like the EVO, go buy one then fix it in 3 months. Bottom line is, I got quality and most of you ripping on the 08 WRX are probably driving around 95 honda civics. SUCK IT

they made it cheaper so more people can buy it, and u can get the scoops if you want for an extra price...also the 2.5i doesn't look as bad as the sedan

They now have much narrower rims, similar to the 94 models.. like 5.5 inches wide (yep).
I like the look somewhat, but the rims, brakes, and also the cableless accelerator is bad. I like a accel cable as oppossed to the electronic throttle crap..
Its lighter, but not as fast as the 03-05 models.. i test drove it, it is much nicer, but no where near the drive of my 03 for those wondering.

The seats are thinner (cheaper), the seat bottoms that you actually sit on, are now flat. Thats right no bucket support down low. They have smaller disc brakes. also, 2 spot instead of 4.:(

Beautiful and 08 subie is like saying pontiac aztec and awsome in the same sentence! Looks like a camry hatchback with a cute little scoop - I recomend that every soccer mom own one! Next year subaru should ditch the awd and the turbo and put the old 1.8l na motor back in it so it gets 32mpg on the way back and forth from the beauty salon!
