"Not necessarily cause for alarm...You might want to be aware that the lemon slices have the potential to make you sick." So does the glass, the water, the straw, your plate, your silverware, your food, the air, etc. The fecal matter bacteria is pretty sick I'll admit.

Well..........not everyones washes their hands or uses hand sanitizers. I have been out in a restaurant, went to the bathroom and have witnessed some people come out of the stalls, don't bother to wash their hands, and just go straight to their table and start eating or they will go straight to the buffet and pick over food. Just gross!!!!!!

good to know.. There s fecal contamination everywhere because people don t wash their hands after taking a dump. Wash ur fn hands people!

The difference between breathing germs into our lungs, and having bacteria-covered lemons in our drinks is that germs from lemons are more preventable. I think people have a right to be disturbed or outraged at this news, because frankly, this doesn't have to happen. Resturants can be more cleanly, and they choose not to.
