Buy a Garmin Nuvi 270, it comes with Europe and the USA maps.Poland is covered, and other major cities in Eastern Europe.

Another question I have pertains to the maps. I do travel between North America and Europe, and with my car (see my vids) at that. How region-specific are the units and how feasible is it to localize? Can I have the US and EU maps loaded simultaneously?Similarly, for how far east can I count on map data? Poland? Thanks so much.

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking more when the sun shines on the screen. (For instance, my iPod is good in the sun, but I can hardly see anything in broad daylight on the iBook.) I wouldn't want to be constantly cupping my hand over the display and leaning in...

If you have large fingers the W version helps, otherwise it doesn't make much difference.

It's bright enough in normal conddition, but if you're driving towards a low sun you'll have trouble seeing any GPS display.

You can't use mapsource to input routes. |
