i understand all characters have potential. all of them have a unique balance to them. my last remark was based on the original topic: link vs. toon link. i do agree that link has a very slow recovery after moves,especially with his downward sword thrust. toon link just needed to be more original in my opinion.

Seen them, and still say meh. Toon Link's MUCH faster, his attacks are also faster and doesn't have as much ending lag, and his recovery's just much better.
And just to refute your last remark, EVERY character has potential; just some much more than others.

Actually, looking from a tier list setting, Mewtwo was bottom tier in Melee. Zelda was low, but Peach was top tier. |
