hey jeff. u seem like a person wjho knows ur cars. i have a 1986 buick park avenue. i mad ea few vids on it if u have a min to check em out. anyways, apparently ""everything" under the car needs to be replace. excluding gas tankd and exhuast. how expensive is this?also, i have white wall tires on it too, but they were bought like that lol. their are a few cracks in the tread. should i worry? can i fill em?hope u reply.randomrazr

The tires are probably made the same way, best way to check is to find a junk tire and give it a try. However, your car will NOT pass inspection with tires like this on it.

doing this could cause sidewall separation from the fabric, sidewall near the bead area is very thin. even if you cut a tire into it may look fine, but you cant tell by looking.

Have you asked the manufacturer about this and secondly can thi sbe applied to all tires.I ask because I am a mechanic and car inthousiast but safety first right.Please get back to me
